I also made a sd.raw file containing the smsplus emulator, but Dolphin doesn't detect the sd card, I checked the sd card box in the Dolphin settings and also tried every directory to place the sd.raw in, but nothing happens. I also have the Homebrew Channel when I load the system menu in Dolphin, but when I press start, all it gives is a black screen. I didn't know that was possible, I'll look into that.
